End-User License Agreement

License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, TwoTechWest grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Application on an Apple device that you own or control, solely for personal and lawful use.

The Application is licensed, not sold. TwoTechWest retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in the Application, including its software, design, content, branding, and related intellectual property.

Purpose of the Application

Snap To Nav uses your device camera or a selected image to recognize a street address. The Application may then present the recognized address for your review and allow you to open that destination in a supported mapping or navigation service.

You are responsible for reviewing and confirming every address before beginning navigation.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
• Make the Application available to a third party except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, copy, modify, or attempt to discover the source code or operation of the Application, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice contained in the Application.
• Use the Application for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

Camera, Address Recognition, and Navigation

Optical character recognition and address interpretation may produce incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect results because of image quality, lighting, handwriting, unusual formatting, camera angle, damaged labels, or other conditions.

Maps, routes, traffic information, arrival estimates, and spoken directions may be supplied by third-party services. You must independently verify the selected destination and follow all posted signs, traffic laws, road closures, and safety instructions.

Do not interact with the Application while operating a vehicle. Use the Application only when it is safe and lawful to do so.

Privacy

TwoTechWest uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect information associated with the Application and does not sell personal information collected through the Application for monetary gain.

Modification to the Application

TwoTechWest reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any connected service, with or without notice and without liability to you, except where prohibited by law.

Third-Party Services

The Application may rely on Apple services, mapping providers, navigation applications, websites, or other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

TwoTechWest does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, operation, security, content, or data practices of third-party services.

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or TwoTechWest.

• You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing use of the Application and deleting all copies from your devices.
• TwoTechWest may suspend or terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with any provision.
• Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Application and delete all copies under your control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

TwoTechWest does not warrant that address recognition, geocoding, map results, navigation, or other Application functions will always be accurate, available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TwoTechWest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Application.

You remain responsible for confirming addresses, destinations, routes, and driving conditions before relying on the Application.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to accomplish its intended purpose to the greatest extent permitted by law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to This Agreement

TwoTechWest may modify or replace this Agreement. When a material revision is made, TwoTechWest will provide reasonable notice before revised terms take effect.

Continued use of the Application after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
