Information the Application May Access
Camera Access
The Application may request permission to use your device camera so that you can scan printed addresses. Camera access is used only when you choose to use the scanning feature.
Photo Library Access
The Application may request access to images you select from your photo library so that an address contained in the selected image can be recognized. The Application does not require access to your entire photo library when the operating system permits you to select individual images.
Recognized Address Information
Text and address information recognized from a camera image or selected photo may be processed to identify a destination and prepare it for mapping or navigation.
Location Information
Snap To Nav may request location access when needed to provide mapping, route selection, nearby results, or navigation features. Location permission can be changed at any time in your device settings.
Device and Diagnostic Information
The Application may process limited technical information such as device model, operating-system version, Application version, crash information, and diagnostic logs when needed to maintain and improve reliability.
How Information Is Used
Information associated with the Application may be used to:
- Recognize text and street addresses from images.
- Present a recognized address for your confirmation.
- Open a confirmed destination in a supported map or navigation service.
- Improve scanning accuracy, stability, and performance.
- Diagnose crashes and technical problems.
- Respond to support requests.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
Image and Address Processing
Images selected or captured for scanning are used to perform the function you requested. Snap To Nav is designed to recognize the address information needed to create a destination.
Unless the Application clearly states otherwise, images are not intended to be permanently stored by TwoTechWest. Images may remain temporarily in device memory while recognition is being performed.
Third-Party Mapping and Navigation Services
When you choose to open a recognized address in a mapping or navigation service, the destination and related information may be provided to that third-party service. The third party's privacy policy and terms govern its collection and use of information.
TwoTechWest does not control the privacy practices, availability, or accuracy of third-party mapping and navigation services.
Disclosure of Information
TwoTechWest does not sell your personal information. Information may be disclosed only when you direct the Application to share it, when necessary to provide a requested third-party service, or as described below.

You may control camera, photo library, location, and other permissions through the Settings application on your device. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from operating.
You may stop using the Application and delete it from your device at any time.
Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and TwoTechWest does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us.
