End-User License Agreement

License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, TwoTechWest grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Application on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal and lawful use.

The Application is licensed, not sold. TwoTechWest retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including its software, design, content, trademarks, and related intellectual property.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Application.
• Make the Application available to any third party except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, copy, modify, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying operation of the Application, except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice contained in the Application.
• Use the Application for any unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

Privacy

TwoTechWest agrees to:

• Protect information associated with the Application using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
• Not sell personal information collected through the Application for monetary gain.
• Use diagnostic information and logs only to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, improve reliability, and enhance the Application.

Modification to the Application

TwoTechWest reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you, except where prohibited by law.

Changes may be made to improve the Application, add or remove features, address security or technical issues, or respond to changes involving third-party services or operating systems.

Third-Party Services

The Application may rely on or link to services provided by Apple, mapping providers, messaging services, payment processors, websites, or other third parties. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

TwoTechWest does not control and is not responsible for the availability, operation, security, content, or data practices of third-party services.

Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or TwoTechWest.

• You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing all use of the Application and deleting all copies from your devices.
• TwoTechWest may suspend or terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.
• Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Application and delete all copies under your control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

TwoTechWest does not warrant that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or compatible with every device, operating-system version, or third-party service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TwoTechWest shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Application.

You are responsible for using reasonable judgment when relying on reminders, routing, location information, estimated arrival information, or other Application features.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified and interpreted to accomplish its intended purpose to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments to This Agreement

TwoTechWest reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time.

If a material revision is made, TwoTechWest will provide reasonable notice before the revised terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at TwoTechWest's reasonable discretion.

Your continued use of the Application after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented within the Application, constitutes the entire agreement between you and TwoTechWest concerning your use of the Application.
